Onboarding, safety, compliance and systems training for companies that need every employee to get the same version.
Built for HR and L&D, not marketing
Training video is a different job from a brand film. Nobody watches it because they want to, so it has to be clear before it is beautiful.
We build it to be watched once properly, updated in sections, and used for years.

Strategy, scripting, storyboarding, filming on site or in our San Diego studio, voiceover, subtitles, motion graphics and edit.
Modular by default, so when a policy or a screen changes you replace one section instead of reshooting the course.
Onboarding. The one film every employee sees, so week one is the same in March and November.
Safety and compliance. Where consistency is the point and a signed record matters.
Product and software. Step by step, screen by screen, for tools people have to use correctly.
Sales and customer service. Standardising what good looks like across a team.
Soft skills. Leadership and collaboration, which need real people rather than animation.
Training built in-house tends to get made once, watched badly and quietly abandoned. The cost is not the production, it is running the same induction session forty times a year because nobody trusts the recording.
We build instructional structure into the script rather than filming a presentation. That is the difference between a video people finish and one they skip.
Our Focus is Always on Your Brand
We make sure every concept grows directly out of the product.

Ads built for the platform they actually run on. Cut to length, framed for the feed, and delivered in the variants your media buy needs before the campaign goes live.

Show the product doing its job. We shoot the details that matter to a buyer comparing three options, then cut versions for the site, the ad and the sales deck from one day.

Ninety seconds that replace a twenty-minute meeting. We find the one idea your audience needs first, then build everything else around making it land.

Your best customers saying the thing your sales team keeps having to prove. We handle the questions, the setup and the edit, so they only have to turn up and talk.

Mission, culture and expertise, told without the corporate hum. Built for investor decks, recruitment pages and the all-hands, from one shoot rather than three separate ones.

Stills from the same crew, on the same day, under the same lighting and art direction. Your campaign gets video and photography that look like they belong together.

Multi-camera coverage that keeps earning after the room empties. Keynote captures, session recordings, sizzle cuts and social clips, all scoped before the doors open.

Training people finish rather than skip. Clear structure, consistent delivery, and modules you can update in sections instead of reshooting the whole thing next year.

Broadcast-grade craft, whether it airs on television or lives on a paid social feed. Concept, casting, crew and finish, handled by one team from the brief to the master.

Short-form built for launches, events and campaign pushes. Fast to turn around, cut for every placement you need, and made without dropping the production standard.
What to ask before you hire anyone
A film used to teach employees a policy, a system or a skill. Onboarding, compliance and product training are the common three, and they exist so the message does not change depending on who delivers it.
It depends on length, how many modules, and whether it needs animation or screen capture. We price against the brief rather than a rate card. Full package pricing is published on our video production pricing page.
Remote teams, high turnover, complex systems and regulated industries, because all four make inconsistent training expensive. If you are running the same session repeatedly, it is already costing more than filming it once.
Four to eight weeks from planning to delivery. Scripting takes longest, because a training script has to be checked by whoever owns the policy before anything is filmed.
Bring us the subject, the audience and the deadline. We will tell you what it takes and whether it needs one film or several.
