The hardest part is not the filming
It is getting a busy customer to say yes, then getting something useful out of them once the camera is on.
A supply chain platform sold to enterprise buyers who trust peers far more than vendors. We filmed customers talking about the problem they had before, which is the part prospects actually listen to.
Aseptiscope makes disposable stethoscope membranes that cut hospital-acquired infection risk. Clinicians on camera carried the argument in a way a product film could not.

We write the questions, schedule around your customer rather than your crew, and turn up somewhere convenient for them. Most people have never been interviewed on camera and will freeze if you point a lens at them and ask them to praise a vendor.
Our job is to make an hour of their time produce ninety usable seconds. Yours is the introduction.
Specific, not glowing. A customer describing the problem they had, what changed, and the number attached to it will outsell any amount of enthusiasm.
We interview for that, which is why the question list matters more than the camera package.
Every claim on your website is understood to be marketing. The same claim from someone who paid for the product is evidence.
That is the whole mechanism, and it only holds while the testimonial is genuinely unprompted and unpaid. The moment it looks staged, it does more damage than having none.
What to ask before you hire anyone
A short film of a real customer describing their experience in their own words. Usually sixty to ninety seconds, filmed as an interview rather than to a script.
Because prospects discount what you say about yourself and do not discount what a customer says. A testimonial moves the claim from marketing to evidence, which is a different category of persuasion entirely.
The problem before, the change after, and a number if there is one. Skip the adjectives. A customer saying support cut their onboarding from six weeks to two is worth more than one saying the team was wonderful.
Sales decks and follow-up emails first, because that is where they close deals. Then the site, the pricing page and paid social. A testimonial on the pricing page tends to earn its production cost fastest.
We do it. You make the introduction, we handle the ask, the scheduling, the release paperwork and the interview. Customers say yes far more often when the request comes with a producer who will take an hour of their time rather than a week of it.
It depends on how many customers, where they are, and how many shoot days that takes. We price against the brief rather than a rate card. Full package pricing is published on our video production pricing page.
Sixty to ninety seconds for the main cut. We also pull fifteen and thirty second versions from the same interview for social and sales follow-up, since one sitting should produce more than one asset.
You introduce us to the customer. We handle the ask, the questions, the release, the shoot and the edit, and hand back a main cut plus short versions. You are welcome on the day and equally welcome to skip it.
Bring us the customer and what you want the film to prove. We will handle everything from the introduction onwards.
